About The Park

Park Hours: (Open Daylight to Dusk)

Office Hours: (Open 7 am – 3 pm Monday – Friday)

Located on 160 acres just south of Michigan City off U.S. Highway 421, this 160-acre park opened June 29, 2002. The park offers multi-use trails for hiking and mountain biking, fishing, picnic areas, restroom facility, a playground, Patricia J. Smith and EEC rental facilities. The Park Administrative offices are located at this park.

State Dedicated Nature Preserve

This park includes a 108 acre State Dedicated Nature Preserve and headwaters to the Little Calumet River with 23 acres of wetlands and open water.
