La Porte County Dog Bone Donation Application
Commemorative dog bone plaques will be made of high-density polyethylene and measure 10.5″ x 6.5″. All plaques are warranted for 2 years. If breakage or damage occurs during the 2-year time period, the plaque will be replaced at no cost to the sponsor.
